Here is how you assign us as your Covered California Agent: (2 Options)
OPTION #1 If you are in the process of applying with Covered California:
1. Login to your Covered California account.
2. At the top of the page there is a link to click that says “Find Help Near You.”
3. It will then take you to a new screen- click “Find Agents.”
4. Search by agent name, under the business name box type in “Baxter Insurance.”
5. Click on “Christopher Baxter” and select us as your agent.
OPTION #2 If you already have a Covered California health insurance plan: (with or without a current agent assigned)

Complete the form and return to our office. You can fax the completed form to us at 805-963-9307, email it to firstname.lastname@example.org, or mail or drop it by to us at:
